ProTaxi comes to Nigeria.

Leading in line when it comes to keeping customers and drivers happy

Online hailing cab service Protaxi launch with style in Lagos.

Lagos, Nigeria – December, 2017

Protaxi Passenger app, the new online taxi hailing service in Nigeria today announced it would be giving customers more than they bargained for this holiday season. The company, which prides itself on looking out for the riders comfort while ensuring the drivers enjoying giving them rides, will look to give riders 25% OFF their first rides this holiday season.

“We are thrilled to be operating in Lagos. It took a while but now fully operational. Right now, we are giving our customers 25% OFF for their first two rides” says Head, Customer Support, Ken Emeka. “Since we launched, we’ve been getting a number of positive about the app and constructive criticisms which has helped us develop this app better.”

Protaxi Nigeria has been operational since November, 2017. The company revealed that they are not focused on the other taxi hailing companies although they have one eye on them. But more importantly, customers comfort and great drivers working conditions is priority.

Mr. Ken further had this to say, “We are delighted and look forward to introducing the app to the Nigerian market. In November, we gave out 1000 jobs with zero commission to our drivers. So far the drivers are satisfied and looking forward to more offers from us this December. As always, we will fulfill our promise”

For those based in Lagos and interested in giving the new service a try, the Android version of the Protaxi Passenger app is available to download free of charge from the Google Play Store. It is also available on the Apple App Store as Protaxi Passenger app.
