Kendall and Bella Hadid walk for Chanel

Karl Lagerfeld loves to go all in on a heavy-handed theme when presenting his collections for Chanel (feminism! glaciers! a shopping center!) but his latest, for Chanel couture spring/summer 2017, didn’t really have one. If anything, this collection emphasized glamour and elegance, and the set—mirrored walls and floors—only served to reflect the impeccable craftsmanship and beauty of the clothes.
Here, the highlights

Mirrored walls and floors reflected the clothes and audience around the show space in fragments.

Crisp tweet suits with clean couture lines (cuts that slope away slightly around the hips) opened the show, capped off by jaunty hats.

Nice dinner gown…
